The Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners Limited (FHKHO) was established in 1983 as a non-profit making organisation. It was incorporated with limited liability in 1984. Our hotel holding company members own more than 90% of hotel rooms in Hong Kong.

As an organization, the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners Limited engages in advocacy efforts, representing the interests of its members to the government, industry stakeholders, and relevant organizations. It provides a unified voice for hotel owners, contributes to policy discussions, and participates in industry consultations. The FHKHO aims to shape policies and regulations that are beneficial to the hotel industry and promote its growth.

 

The Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners Limited also organizes events, conferences, and training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of its members. It facilitates networking opportunities and fosters collaboration among hotel owners. The FHKHO strives to elevate the overall standards of the hotel industry in Hong Kong.

On September 9, a grand gala dinner was held to celebrate two significant milestones: the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the 40th Anniversary of the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners (FHKHO).

Esteemed representatives from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, the travel and hotel industries, and various commercial chambers gathered to commemorate this momentous occasion.
