We are thrilled to share that the two giant pandas, recently gifted by the Central Government to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), will make their first public appearance this December.  Additionally, the adorable twin cubs are expected to take the spotlight in February 2025.

Collaborative Opportunities
The Government, in partnership with the Ocean Park Corporation and the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), is actively launching territory-wide publicity and promotional campaigns to foster a vibrant atmosphere, creating business opportunities across various sectors and boosting the economy.  Member hotels can capitalize on this unique opportunity by launching related promotional activities and products, such as:

•    Themed decorations/installations
•    Themed accommodation packages
•    Special dining experiences

These initiatives will not only enhance the visitor experience but also promote consumption within the community.

To facilitate access to information about the giant pandas, HKTB has launched a dedicated webpage on its travel information platform, “Discover Hong Kong.” You can visit the page here. HKTB will continuously update this webpage with information on promotional activities, tourism routes, and more.
