Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has announced that the Special Funding Support Programme for Small-sized Corporate Meeting and Convention (MC) Groups (For Hotels) will be extended into FY2026/27, with effect from 1 April 2026.

According to HKTB, in order to further enhance support for destination management company partners and strengthen Hong Kong’s competitiveness in attracting MICE groups, the framework and implementation details of the FY2026/27 scheme are currently being updated and optimised. Pending the finalisation of the revised guidelines and detailed arrangements, hotels are invited to submit applications under the scheme on an interim basis from 1 April 2026.

During the interim period, applications submitted, and the eligibility and entitlement of funding, will be evaluated based on the FY2025/26 scheme’s terms and conditions until the launch of the updated scheme. We anticipate finalising and announcing the updated programme details by the end of April 2026.

Funding Basis	Funding will be allocated on a reimbursement basis and on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to funding availability
Funding Amount	From HK$5,000 to HK$40,000 per group/event, depending on group size
Application Procedure	Complete the online application form via PartnerNet at least five (5) working days prior to the earliest arrival date of the eligible group
