The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) held the “Professional Quality Tourism Services Pledge” Launch Ceremony on July 21, 2023, Ms Belinda YEUNG, 1st Vice Chairman of the Federation was invited to join the ceremony and had a sharing session with other trades on stage.
Nearly 100 representatives from 8 tourism-related industries, including the hotel industry, tourism, aviation, transportation, food and beverage, retail, attractions, MICE services and frontline practitioners, attended and pledged to provide the best experience for visitors. The Professional Quality Tourism Service Pledge lists five key points of quality services to re-emphasize the strengths of Hong Kong’s service sectors and substantially describe how frontline staff can provide visitors with best experiences in various positions.
