Department of Health issued a press release prior to the Labour Day Golden Week to remind the public, including tourists, to verify the pharmacy logo in the prescribed form when purchasing medicines in Hong Kong, and to summarise recent enforcement actions taken against the illegal use of restricted logos and titles as well as drug-related offences.
