  2. Ensure all vacancies comply with the Statutory Minimum Wage, which has been adjusted to HK$43.1 per hour with effect from 1 May 2026;
  3. Comply fully with all applicable labour legislation, including the Employment Ordinance, Minimum Wage Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, anti-discrimination ordinances, and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance;
  4. Confirm that successful applicants will be direct employees of the participating organisation.

If the number of applications exceeds the available booth quota, allocation will be determined by ballot. The Labour Department reserves the final decision on acceptance.
