Road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented in phases in the vicinities of Wan Chai North, Central and Tin Hau from 0.01am on September 30 to noon on October 1 until the closed roads reopen to traffic. 

In connection with the above-mentioned road closure arrangements, Citybus route Nos. 2, 5X, 81, cross-harbour route Nos. 104, 914, 961, A11 and H1 operating in the affected areas will be temporarily diverted, and the associated bus stops of the said routes located within the affected areas will be suspended or relocated; and 

The taxi stand at Expo Drive will be suspended from 0.01am on September 30 to noon on October 1, and the cross harbour taxi stand at Harbour Road westbound opposite Harbour Centre will be suspended from 5.30am to noon on October 1. 

In connection with the holding of the fireworks display at Victoria Harbour at 9pm on October 1, road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented in phases on Hong Kong Island from about 7.30pm in the road sections concerned in Wan Chai, Central District and The Peak on Hong Kong Island. The section of Island Eastern Corridor westbound between Victoria Park Road and Man Hong Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic except for franchised buses during the fireworks display. Road closures and traffic diversions will be implemented in phases in the vicinity of Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon Cultural District in Kowloon from about 7pm until the crowds disperse and the closed roads reopen to traffic. 

To facilitate the above-mentioned road closure arrangements, the bus and green minibus (GMB) routes operating in the affected areas will be temporarily diverted, and the associated bus and GMB stops located within the affected areas will be suspended or relocated; 

MTR lines including Island Line, South Island Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line, East Rail Line (Tai Po Market - Admiralty), Tuen Ma Line and Tung Chung Line will be strengthened from 8pm on October 1; 

The frequency of the tram service will be strengthened to meet passenger demand if necessary; 

Star Ferry, Sun Ferry, Hong Kong and Kowloon Ferry, Discovery Bay Transportation Services and Park Island Transport will gradually adjust and suspend part of their services from 7pm on October 1 to facilitate the holding of the fireworks display; 

As for the cross-boundary coach service plying between Wan Chai and Huanggang Port, its terminus at the Exhibition Centre Station Public Transport Interchange will be suspended during the road closure period. A temporary pick-up point will be provided at Hennessy Road westbound near Southorn Centre; and 

The service of the Central to Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System will be extended to 2am on October 2.      

灣仔北、中環及天后一帶的部分道路，將由九月三十日凌晨零時一分至十月一日中午十二時期間，分階段實施封路及改道措施，直至道路重新開放通車。 

為配合上述封路安排，行經受影響地區的城巴第2、5X、81號、過海路線第104、914、961、A11及H1號會臨時改道，而該些路線位於受影響地區的巴士站將暫停使用或遷移；及 

位於博覽道的的士站於九月三十日凌晨零時一分至十月一日中午十二時暫停使用；而位於港灣道（西行）海港中心對面的過海的士站於十月一日凌晨五時三十分至中午十二時暫停使用。 

為配合於十月一日晚上九時在維港舉行的煙花匯演，港島灣仔、中區及山頂相關路段，將由當天晚上約七時三十分起，分階段實施封路及改道措施。在煙花匯演期間，一段介乎維園道與民康街之間的東區走廊（西行）亦會暫時封閉，除專營巴士外，禁止其他車輛駛入。九龍區尖沙咀及西九文化區一帶則由晚上約七時起，分階段實施封路及改道措施，直至人群散去及道路重新開放通車。 

為配合上述封路安排，行經受影響地區的巴士及專線小巴路線會臨時改道，位於受影響地區的相關巴士站及專線小巴站，將暫停使用或遷移； 

港鐵路線包括港島線、南港島線、荃灣線、觀塘線、東鐵線（大埔墟──金鐘段）、屯馬線及東涌線將由十月一日八時起加強服務； 

電車服務會按需要加強班次，以應付乘客需求； 

天星小輪、新渡輪、港九小輪、愉景灣航運及珀麗灣客運將於十月一日七時起陸續調整及暫停部分航班服務，以配合煙花匯演； 

至於往返灣仔至皇崗口岸的過境巴士服務，其位於會展站公共運輸交匯處的總站，將會在封路期間暫停使用，臨時上客站將設於軒尼詩道（西行）（近修頓中心）；及 

中環至半山自動扶梯系統將延長服務時間至十月二日凌晨二時。
